Project Summary
As construction managers for this 300,000 SF building (the former Herald Tribune building), Gallin provided construction services for several projects, including a full steam plant upgrade and base building service upgrades, as well as a new HVAC plant for the building. At the same time, we completed 120,000 SF of tenant build-outs for The Research Foundation of the City University of New York (CUNY), the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism and the CUNY Office of Business and Finance. |
