Gregg Boita Jr. started his career in construction working summers for a general contractor while in high school. He joined John Gallin & Son as a mason tender in 1997, working summers through college. In 2008 Gregg was promoted to Superintendent, where he continues to grow. His enthusiasm for his work is displayed in the interest and care he takes in his projects. Gregg also continues to expand his knowledge in construction and commitment to safety by continuing his education in these areas.

Role and Responsibilities
As Superintendent, Gregg coordinates the day-to-day operations of the job in the field. He ensures that the project adheres to the highest professional standards and is completed on time. He also serves as a liaison to the client and the architect, providing them with frequent progress reports.

Gregg starts each project by reviewing the construction drawings. He schedules the subcontractors and organizes the trades to make sure the project is run efficiently. Gregg is in constant contact with the subcontractors to make sure the project has the required manpower.

Gregg earns the clients’ trust by his commitment to their project and by always being available for them and their architects. Gregg is very detail oriented, and goes out of his way to maintain open lines of communication and to position himself as an integral part of the client’s team — a hallmark of Gallin service.
