Hayley Willson joined John Gallin & Son, Inc. in 2009 managing the plan room. She previously worked at interior design firms in the city and is proficient in numerous architectural design software programs. In 2010 Hayley was promoted to Project Manager Assistant.

As Project Manager Assistant, Hayley’s responsibilities involve communicating with clients, building owners and subcontractors; processing submittals, change orders, RFI’s, and DOB submissions; attending job site meetings; and reviewing construction drawings. She works very closely with the project manager and acts as a liaison between the architect and the engineer, ensuring that projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
