Michael Gallin — like his brothers Tom, Chris and Bob — has spent most of his adult life working for John Gallin & Son. In 1976, when he was in college, Mike joined the firm full-time as a mason tender. Quickly rising through the ranks, Mike became Partner and Vice President of Production in 1987, a position he has held since.

As Vice President of Production, Mike is responsible for the successful and timely completion of all the firm’s construction projects. After carefully setting up project teams, he works with the project manager to seek out creative approaches to resolving problems that arise during the construction process. As the company’s top troubleshooter, Mike is constantly following up with project managers to make sure the job gets done right.

Mike’s responsibilities also include business development and client support. In this capacity, he scopes out projects and explains to the client, architect and engineer how the firm will carry out the work. Then he makes sure that the commitment is kept.

For Mike, the key to providing high-quality results is teamwork. His goal is to build relationships both within Gallin and with clients themselves that will last for generations.
