Midtown Real Estate Firm – Before/After

The two floors of this office space were connected by a striking floating glass and stainless steel staircase. The build-out also included two café and pantry areas, a large open workspace, and numerous interior offices on both floors. The design made creative use of a variety of materials – polished concrete floors, carpet, open ceiling, sheetrock, and acoustic tile – to differentiate the workspaces.
