Rita Benedicto joined John Gallin & Son in 2005 as Plan Clerk, bringing three years of experience managing the plan room at Ball Construction. At Gallin, Rita developed the plan room into a multi-person Estimating/Production department. In 2008, she accepted her current position of Project Manager Assistant.

As Project Manager Assistant, Rita’s responsibilities include communicating with clients, building owners and subcontractors, as well as processing submittals, attending job site meetings, and reviewing construction drawings. She works very closely with the project manager, ensuring that projects are completed on time and that clients are satisfied with the end result.
