Since graduating from NJIT with a degree in civil engineering, Sean Scott has spent more than 10 years as an estimator in the New York construction industry. He started as a junior estimator with NTX Interiors and joined John Gallin & Son in 2003 as Estimator, the position he holds today.

Sean prices jobs for budgets and bid proposals. Pricing a job requires an extensive understanding of construction. Sean acquires a detailed knowledge of the construction documents, determines which trade groups will be involved, and presents an accurate and competitive price for the work. A deep concern for cost-effectiveness and quality ensures that Sean can guarantee clients a high level of craftsmanship at a reasonable price.
