Vincent Galligan began his construction career working at the Empire State Building as a mason tender with Alexander Wolf & Son. He joined Gallin in 1972. Over the past three and half decades, Vinny has risen through the ranks, becoming Vice President, Project Manager, and Senior Estimator, his current position. With 35 years experience building an incredible variety of challenging projects, he is now adding immeasurable value and expertise to the estimating staff.

Role and Responsibilities
As Senior Estimator, Vinny meets with clients and design professionals, often before a location or design has been finalized, to develop conceptual budgets and to answer any feasibility concerns. As the construction documents are developed he continues to fine-tune costs, consulting with major trade groups and suppliers to determine product availability and delivery schedules.

As construction progresses, he works closely with the Gallin project management staff to ensure that the project requirements are completely fulfilled.

Vinny, like all Gallin employees, goes out of his way to build a collaborative relationship with his clients and their design teams. He brings the insight of his construction experience to provide for their needs and to exceed their expectations.
