Kohler Ronan is a multi-disciplined engineering consultancy firm with expertise in MEP/FP and sustainable design. For their New York City location, Gallin worked with plans by Armand Legardeur to create this cool, clean, fresh environment that perfectly aligns with their emphasis on efficiency. Interior glass walls and a mostly open plan allow light to flood the space. Exposed ceilings with suspended light fixtures keep the space feeling open and airy. The pantry, with its custom-built counter, cabinetry, and ample seating space, can be used for both breaks and break-out meetings. A large formal conference room is wired for phone and video conferencing, allowing employees to connect seamlessly with their satellite office and clients everywhere.
