Scott brings years of experience in cultivating high-profile construction opportunities to his role of Vice President of Business Development. With a BBA in Accounting he began his professional life in Commercial Real Estate that opened the door to Construction, where his affinity for people and his long – standing relationships with Real Estate Professionals including: Architects, Project Managers, Engineers and Consultants made him a perfect candidate for his career. Along the way he forged a reputation for excellence, integrity, collaboration, and creativity in bringing projects to life. Scott’s contemporary approach to Business Development makes him a partner and resource to clients and colleagues at every stage of the process from locating the perfect space for the projects need, through project completion.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Scott is responsible for New Business Development and strengthening GALLIN’s position in the marketplace. Whether he creates a new opportunity or works on an existing long term relationship, Scott exerts his influence in the early stages of development of the project and relies on his experiences, long standing relationships, deep industry knowledge, creativity and instincts in creating the perfect Team for every project.
