Tradition Financial Services

The global brokerage firm Tradition has experienced tremendous growth in the eight years since we first built their office in lower Manhattan. Needing more space, they called Gallin back to complete an expansion that would double the size of their New York location.

The project included a full architectural upgrade of the existing staircase. There are a wide variety of places to work, dine, and socialize; an expansive executive/conference center with direct access to the main trading floor; several break-out pantries, huddle rooms, a large central café; and two warm and inviting reception areas. High floating ceilings with custom light fixtures open the space up, offering fantastic views of the East River from almost anywhere in the office.
