Rob is a 3rd generation Kondracki at Gallin, continuing a decades-long family tradition. His grandfather Andy retired after 35 years as a Project Manager, and his father Robert is the current VP of Operations. Rob began interning here during his college years, and after graduation joined the firm fulltime. He enjoys the fast pace and unpredictability of a job where no two projects are ever the same and there’s always something new to learn.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As Project Manager, Rob has full responsibility for seeing each project through to a successful completion. Meticulous and detail-oriented, he spends a great deal of time examining construction documents to maintain accuracy and quality control. As the primary liaison among the client, architect, engineer, Gallin management, and subcontractors, Rob plans, schedules, and coordinates the physical construction of the site. In addition to giving the client and architect daily updates, he meets with them on a weekly basis for a more comprehensive touch-base to ensure things are progressing quickly and smoothly — on time and on budget.
