Lument

Gallin transformed 32,500 square feet on two full floors of Park Avenue’s historic Helmsley Building for Lument, a major national lending firm. Built to encourage collaboration and productivity, the design by Ted Moudis Associates utilized a wide variety of textures, finishes and lighting, creating a modern, dynamic open-plan office. The executive offices feature sound baffle ceilings and handsome woodgrain paneling. Glass office fronts, sleek tile, cool stone, and warm fabrics are found throughout the space. The multiple pantries serve a variety of needs including dining, relaxing, and working around large center islands. The conference rooms are fitted with the latest IT/AV technology, that is much needed in these ever-changing times.
