East Side Financial Company- Expansion

In the eight years since Gallin completed a full-floor build-out for this major financial firm, they had experienced significant growth and needed to annex an adjacent floor. They called on Gallin once again to coordinate the construction in two phases, allowing business to continue during the renovation. Reception was moved to the 20th floor, as well as efficient, open workstations, a pantry, and a series of smaller conference rooms. A broad staircase of wood and steel connected these to the 19th floor, now updated to include a massive 50-seat conference room and a bright, spacious executive pantry. Furnishings, light fixtures, and artwork throughout suggest mid-century modern, while the technology and infrastructure are up-to-the-minute. With soothing, subtle textures and a neutral palette, the new space is fresh and sophisticated.
