International Financial Firm

An international financial firm contracted Gallin to execute this major 55,000 square foot build-out. Spanning two floors, the work was performed in phases, allowing the company to occupy one fully finished floor while work proceeded on the other. This handsome space now features a central staircase of glass and polished steel, 457 workstations, several flexible open areas for group collaborations, and a variety of inviting pantry and kitchen areas for relaxing and recharging. A great deal of time and attention were given to the sophisticated tech and teleconferencing needs required to connect the New York location to the firm’s headquarters in Europe. All of this has been wired to the building’s rooftop generators to provide secure back-up.
