The Black Car Fund

Architects at MKDA designed a handsome office for The Black Car Fund, a not-for-profit in Long Island City. At the heart of the space is an expansive, stunning pantry with two marble-topped islands. Cool polished concrete floors complement warm wood paneling and millwork found in the common areas and along the hallways. Metal framed glass walls enclose conference rooms and private offices, allowing natural light from floor-to-ceiling exterior windows to flood the space. Unique pendant lights hang above gorgeous workstations in mahogany tones. The final effect is bold, modern, and inviting.
