Vornado Rooftop & Whitebox – 715 Lexington Avenue

A clean slate and a fresh start. Gallin did a complete gut renovation of four full floors, including the cellar. The bright white walls, poured concrete floors, and exposed ceilings are perfectly suited for any future tenant’s design and buildout. The full scope of work included an indoor/outdoor roof top amenity space for all tenants to use and fully upgrading the building wide HVAC system by furnishing and installing all new air conditioning units and equipment. Gallin also furnished and installed a new elevator from the first floor down to the cellar along with extending the existing elevator on the other side of the building from the 2nd floor up to the new roof top amenity space.
