Fosun International / Hello Fresh

The design for this global food delivery service on the 9th & 10th floors of Fosun International’s 28 Liberty called for a blend of seemingly disparate styles. Poured concrete floors, exposed ceilings and glass enclosures are softened by touches of rustic paneled planking and gleaming natural wood countertops. Spanning 42,000 square feet, it includes conference rooms, workstations, pantries, privacy booths, and group seating areas. At the heart is an oversized industrial commercial kitchen where chefs experiment with new recipes, and lucky guests can taste the results.
